Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of findcardoffers.com and related services operated by Score Digital LLC (“Card Offers”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Card Offers is not a bank or card issuer
Card Offers is an advertising-supported comparison and marketing service. We are not a bank, lender, credit-card issuer, credit bureau, credit counselor, or credit-repair company, and we do not make credit decisions or take final applications. Any card, rate, fee, reward, approval, or term is offered solely by a third-party issuer and is subject to that issuer’s rules and agreements.
2. Third-party partner sites
We may link or redirect you to websites that we do not operate or control. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Card Offers is not responsible for their content, availability, eligibility decisions, offers, or practices.
3. Advertising and affiliate compensation
Card Offers may receive advertising, referral, or affiliate compensation when you click a link, visit a partner, apply, or are approved. Compensation may affect which products appear, their placement, and their order. We do not feature every issuer, card, or offer available in the market.
4. No guarantee of offers or approval
Using the site does not guarantee that you will receive any offer, qualify for a card, be approved, or receive a particular credit limit, APR, fee, reward, or benefit. Offer information may change and must be confirmed on the issuer’s website before applying.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate selections, use the site lawfully, and independently review issuer disclosures before applying.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its original content, and the Card Offers marks are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that product information will always be complete or current. Any dealings with an issuer or partner are solely between you and that party.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Offers and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, during the preceding 12 months or one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Card Offers and its officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. You and Card Offers agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules, rather than in court, except for eligible individual small-claims matters.
Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing connect@scorehq.co with your name and a statement that you wish to opt out.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provision, disputes not subject to arbitration must be brought in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version on this page.
